Return and exchange policy

Return Terms

  • You have 30 days to return your purchase if it's not quite what you expected.
  • Keep the product in its original condition, packaging and order invoice for a smooth return process.
  • For sunglasses, blue light frames, and reading glasses, please ensure they are free from scratches or wear and tear.
  • No refund or exchange on contact lenses and ophthalmic lenses.

 

Return Process

  • To initiate a return start by contacting our customer service through email at support@fakeehvision.com or by calling +966 56 9323034.
  • After we have confirmed the return in our warehouse and inspected the product for quality, we will start the refund process. 
  • If you paid with credit card, we will reimburse the amount to your bank account and we do not charge any 'restocking' fees.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be credited to the customer's bank account.
  • After the return is processed, it may take up to seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days for the refund to get credited to your credit card taking into consideration that Fakeeh Vision hires 3rd party courier services, thus it might take longer period of time to follow up on any packages lost or stolen in transit once picked up from our warehouse.
  • Rejected returns will be sent back with a reason for the decision.

 

Terms of Sale

  •  Payment. By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order.
